Refund policy

At ENVOR, we want you and your pets to be completely happy with every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right.

🐾 Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at shopenvor@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.


💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email to let you know we got it.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll send a replacement or refund right away.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Certain items can’t be returned for hygiene reasons (for example, used pet grooming products, pet beds, or opened treats).
